  • ClimateLaunchpad

    A global initiative to surface innovative ideas to tackle climate change. We ran the Goa chapter of this six-month virtual accelerator programme involving outreach, selection of applications, ecosystem building, business validation, bootcamps and mentoring.

  • Grand Challenge

    Close the GAP

    The grand challenge for Gender and Progress (GAP) is an initiative with the aim of sourcing and supporting organisations and models solving key issues to address gender equality - from inclusive products and services for women and girls to solutions that focus on workplace diversity and gender.

  • Drishti

    A marine organisation in Goa that oversees lifeguard operations, beach cleanliness and livelihoods for coastal communities. We supported them on social media outreach, awareness campaigns, and created collaterals for CSR, investment pitches and more.

We were very fortunate to collaborate with Unlock Impact for our Asia Innovative Farmers Activity. They completed a thorough due diligence on some of our Tech4Farmers award winners to recommend viable strategies to scale social enterprise models for economic and community impact. The Unlock Impact team provided a thorough analysis that provided a clear blueprint for the sustainable growth of enterprises in Myanmar and Nepal.

  • ANDE India

    We have been working with the India chapter of ANDE, a global network that supports small and growing businesses, to develop their communications strategy. Monthly plans are implemented on social media, which includes creating video and other content.

  • Arnetta Technologies

    Unlock Impact worked closely with this agritech enterprise's management team to develop pitch decks and refresh their website. This involved understanding their origin, technology, the benefits to users and various stakeholders.

  • Attrans Management Solutions

    This leadership and executing coaching consultancy was looking for a complete brand refresh. Based on their values, services and tone of voice, we created a new logo, brand identity and website.

  • ELMS Foundation

    A foundation committed to the development of sports management and physical literacy at different levels in India. We have been involved in multiple capacities - from editing articles and newsletters to managing their social media strategy and campaigns.

  • Global Schools Forum

    A global network that supports non-state educational organisations in Asia, Africa and Latin America. We are working to streamline their communications and build a stronger brand presence including including building and managing their social media strategies.

  • Hill Tribe Organics

    A social enterprise that works to improve the livelihoods of marginalised tribal communities in the hilly regions of Thailand. We worked with them to create inspiring stories of impact through multiple video formats.

ANDE India has been working with the Unlock Impact team since 2019. The Ninja model has worked well for us by providing us the flexibility of regular ongoing support that doesn’t quite take up an entire day’s work alongside opportunistic requirements for marketing and communications outreach collateral. Unlock Impact’s support as ANDE India launched and scaled its social media presence has been crucial. By helping us build a holistic communications plan, supporting with creative collateral as well as with audio-visual elements they have adapted their offering to our changing needs, as we have grown our scope of work, at a price point that makes this professional support accessible to us.

SHELeads

An 8-week virtual leadership program that empowers women entrepreneurs to build resilient and successful businesses. Unlock Impact has run two cohorts of SHELeads in collaboration with GIZ, which has included budding entrepreneurs from all over India, working with each woman to unleash the best leader in her.

Unlock Impact has done an excellent job in designing a well-tailored and engaging leadership programme for women entrepreneurs which had the right balance between theory, self-reflection and networking. Aditi and Priya are wonderful facilitators who presented the content and managed the community with knowledge and great passion. Most importantly they were able to create a safe space for the women to share their experiences and to grow as leaders in their businesses and communities.
