  • GIZ India

    German organisation GIZ supports sustainable development working with partners in India. We collaborate with them on the Her&Now project for women entrepreneurs by delivering leadership curriculum and support to women entrepreneurs.

  • Habitat for Humanity-Terwilliger Centre

    Habitat for Humanity's Terwilliger Center facilitates affordable housing systems globally. We conducted an extensive study of this market in the ASEAN region across eight countries to identify opportunities and help design the Southeast Asia Sheltertech accelerator.

  • HiGi

    Advising HiGi strategically and running diagnostics on risks and opportunities of their business model. We worked with them to identify and track key metrics as well.

We were very fortunate to collaborate with Unlock Impact for our Asia Innovative Farmers Activity. They completed a thorough due diligence on some of our Tech4Farmers award winners to recommend viable strategies to scale social enterprise models for economic and community impact. The Unlock Impact team provided a thorough analysis that provided a clear blueprint for the sustainable growth of enterprises in Myanmar and Nepal.

  • Hill Tribe Organics

    A social enterprise that works to improve the livelihoods of marginalised tribal communities in the hilly regions of Thailand. We worked with them to create inspiring stories of impact through multiple video formats.

  • i-Saksham

    i-Saksham is an NGO that trains female edu-leaders based in rural Bihar, India. It aims to build communities that makes education one of its priorities. We support the though leadership, social media strategy, and guide the implementation of its communications.

    Kamal Kisan

    A social enterprise focused on agricultural innovations that improves farming outcomes and livelihoods. We work with the Kamal Kisan team on social media strategy and execution, pitch decks for different stakeholders and video marketing materials.

    An investing firm on a mission to align outstanding financial returns with positive social and environmental impact. We are helping them build their brand presence on social media: from building a communication strategy to executing it.

  • SecondsGuru

    A Singapore-based social enterprise empowering communities towards greener living. We support their work through website and newsletter management, and writing articles on sustainable urban living, people and initiatives.

  • SignAble Communications

    A tech startup that provides video relay services to enable the deaf to communicate anywhere, anytime. Unlock Impact's ninjas work with the team to brand the app, grow their online presence and more.

ANDE India has been working with the Unlock Impact team since 2019. The Ninja model has worked well for us by providing us the flexibility of regular ongoing support that doesn’t quite take up an entire day’s work alongside opportunistic requirements for marketing and communications outreach collateral. Unlock Impact’s support as ANDE India launched and scaled its social media presence has been crucial. By helping us build a holistic communications plan, supporting with creative collateral as well as with audio-visual elements they have adapted their offering to our changing needs, as we have grown our scope of work, at a price point that makes this professional support accessible to us.

Women-led businesses struggle to find equitable access to finance, networks, opportunities and more. We are changing the status quo.


An 8-week virtual leadership program that empowers women entrepreneurs to build resilient and successful businesses. Unlock Impact has run two cohorts of SHELeads in collaboration with GIZ, which has included budding entrepreneurs from all over India, working with each woman to unleash the best leader in her.

Unlock Impact has done an excellent job in designing a well-tailored and engaging leadership programme for women entrepreneurs which had the right balance between theory, self-reflection and networking. Aditi and Priya are wonderful facilitators who presented the content and managed the community with knowledge and great passion. Most importantly they were able to create a safe space for the women to share their experiences and to grow as leaders in their businesses and communities.
